**Q: Is the sample really free?****  
** A: Yes. Standard sizes/grades ship at no cost. Custom tooling may incur a nominal fee—we’ll quote it upfront.

**Q: How fast will I receive my sample?****  
** A: In-stock tooling: **4–6 weeks**. New tooling: **10–12 weeks** including design approval.

**Q: Can you provide PPAP and material certs?****  
** A: Absolutely. PPAP Levels 1-3, C of C, and full material traceability are available on request.

**Q: What’s the highest temperature your bonded magnets can handle?****  
** A: Up to **150 °C (302 °F)** continuous. For higher temps, ask about our sintered NdFeB options.
