Magfine®
anisotropic powder is produced by Aichi Steel Corp., a Toyota Group
Company. This powder is used to make compression and injection molded
magnets to net shape and ready to use. Prototype and development work may be undertaken
immediately with full production support.
Magfine® powders are available in the
Bremag series, offering remanence values up to 0.95 T (9.5 kG) and
energy products up to 151 kJ/m3 (19 MGOe)in compression-molded form
and 119 kJ/m3 (15 MGOe) in injection-molded form.
